The junior staff of the basketball sports club “START Meble Dobrodzień” has gained a new sponsor. The Doktorvolt company from Malichów near Dobrodzień specializes in the production of distribution boxes and extension cords sold in Poland, Western Europe and Scandinavia. In addition, the company actively participates in the life of the local community and region, conducting a series of actions in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. Examples of such activities are: financial support for local events, participation in job fairs at schools, cooperation with other companies in the Opole region, promotion of sports events and clubs, ecological activities, etc.
The Doktorvolt staff is aware that by supporting their local environment, it builds a solid foundation for the future development of the company. At the same time, it expands the group of beneficiaries, going beyond the internal area of the organization’s activities. Putting in support of young people, the company aims to build a friendly environment and development prospects for this group of stakeholders on the Opole land. It is worth noting that over half of the Doktorvolt team are people under 30, and many of them are still studying or developing in other areas.
Enthusiasm and youth initiative is the driving force of the company from Malichów. Conscious of the importance of this phenomenon, the owners of the company do not want to limit themselves only to their organization. Although the “START Meble Dobrodzień” club comes from a small town, its players have often proved that they are able to compete with opponents at the national level. This determination is admirable, deserves attention and support.
